How long does sourcing take?

Please note that timelines depend on rarity: common items can be sourced within 24–72 hours, while rare or sold-out pieces may take longer. You’ll receive updates throughout the process, so you always know where your request stands.

How do I know if an item is authentic?

Every item sourced is carefully vetted through our internal process and trusted global network. We work only with trusted suppliers and partners, and each item is carefully inspected before it reaches you.

For added assurance, independent third-party authentication (such as Entrupy or Bababebi) can be arranged upon request. This service is available at an additional cost and is covered by the client.

What if I change my mind after confirming?

Because items are secured in real time from a global network, we're unable to reverse confirmed requests - doing so risks losing the piece entirely. Full terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

How does pricing work?

Each quote you receive is final and complete, covering the item cost and our sourcing fee together. As pricing reflects live market conditions, quotes are valid only at the time they are given.
